What is neuroma? A neuroma is a growth of nerve tissue. Morton’s neuroma is a painful condition that involves a thickening of the tissue on the nerve leading to the toes.

He had to have an operation because he developed Morton’s neuroma.

Major League Baseball third baseman for the Tampa Bay Rays Evan Longoria had one of the biggest hits in Rays history when he hit a walk-off home run in extra innings of the last game of the 2011 season.
